What do you know ? Snowing at Tippy ? Guess is does snow in Hell ! The atmosphere inside was as cold and blizzardy outside. Cold omelete, fatty bacon. What more can I say ? Dark, depressing, overpriced. Fresh seafood? The halibut frozen in my home freezer tasted better than this. Establishment needs to take serious lessons in customer service. Don't bother.

Made another visit to the "Leaky" Canoe and sure enough nothing had changed. So hoped it had improved as the location along the Sandy River had some great potential. But as usual, the service was non-existent, the food was reheated prepared food, and the prices were too high for the quality received. It will be sad to see this one sink, but I'm almost certain it's on its way.
Pros: Nice location
Cons: Stickly a bar atmosphere, poor service and food
